The notice doesn't appear on my product pages
Add the block in your theme editor: Customize → product template → Add block → Apps → Legal guarantee notice. The notice is hidden automatically on digital products and services, because the legal guarantee applies to physical goods.
The GARAN label doesn't appear
The label only shows when all of these are true: the durability guarantee is longer than two years, the product has a brand and a model identifier (SKU counts), the product requires shipping, and the label isn't switched off for that product. Open the app's GARAN label page — each product shows exactly which condition is missing.
Can I change the design of the label?
No — and no app can. The artwork is fixed by the European Commission and may not be altered. You can adjust placement (alignment, width, card style) but not the label itself.
Which languages are supported?
The storefront supports all 24 official EU languages: the notice, the label and every piece of text a shopper sees follow their language automatically. The admin interface inside Shopify is in English.
Does the app slow my store down?
The product page loads about 6.7 KB. The full A4 notice is 466 KB and is fetched only when a shopper opens it — never on page load.
